Upon the successful completion of the reorganization transaction, on February 13, 2020, Power Financial became a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada.
Pursuant to a decision of the Autorité des marchés financiers and the Ontario Securities Commission dated January 19, 2021, Power Financial has been exempted, subject to certain conditions, from the requirement to produce certain continuous disclosure documents, including its quarterly and annual financial statements and related Management’s Discussion and Analysis, as well as its Statement of Executive Compensation and Annual Information Form. This exemption allows Power Financial to refer its shareholders, in lieu of its own disclosure documents, to the corresponding disclosure documents of Power Corporation of Canada.

For up-to-date reporting you can visit Power Corporation of Canada’s Shareholder Reports section on its corporate website, which includes the latest annual and quarterly reports, as well as its latest Management Proxy Circular and Annual Information Form.
As a result of the recent reorganization, Power Corporation of Canada now holds 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Power Financial. Accordingly, Power Financial will no longer hold an Annual General Meeting nor publish a Management Proxy Circular. However, mandatory executive compensation disclosure is available in the above document.
