Upon the successful completion of the reorganization transaction, on February 13, 2020, Power Financial became a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada.

As a result of the recent reorganization, Power Corporation of Canada now holds 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Power Financial.
